Welcome to the homepage of musician/songwriter Larry Killip

"I Found My Way Back" Music video 2015

Hello! I am Larry Killip and I am a performer/composer/ studio producer  from New Zealand, I write and produce my own original music which can be found on music sites all over the globe including iTunes, CD Baby and Amazon.

There are links here to my music and videos, but dig a little deeper and you will find pages on my live music background and even venture into my hobbies and interest in classic cars and ribbon microphones.

My vast experience as a songwriter and tunesmith has meant
I have unleashed some rather well crafted catchy jingles over the years.
If you live in NZ you are almost certain to have heard my work.

I also have an extensive background in recording studios and NZ bands, from Auckland 60's band The Zarks to my 80's band Larry and the Ladders, I currently work from my homebased professionally equiped studio in suburban Auckland and I still play live.

From the 90's onward I concentrated on my own original music and released my first album "Wild Sky" in 1995, then "Good To Getaway"in 2004. "Never Going Back", my third album was released October 2007. In the UK a special compilation album of mine was released - "When I Was A Boy" thanks to GAP Music. A new album is currently in production.

My music is available all over the globe via sites like CD Baby, iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Rhapsody, to name a few plus Amplifier here in New Zealand. My music is also on many other digital download sites so be sure to check your favourite listening post.

I produce eclectic songs with an abundance of retro overtones. I loved the way every song on a Beatles album was so different, I've followed suit ever since.

I hope you enjoy checking out the many and varied pages I have here, slowly I am consolidating these, however, many were made some years ago frankly I hesitate to change someof them.

Thank you for visiting, see "About Larry Killip" for more history, pictures and information.
